Know what every machine is doing — right now, from anywhere

Live status, downtime, and OEE for every machine on your floor — CNC and PLC-driven alike, from milling and turning to die casting. See it on the office screen, the shop-floor TV, or your phone.

The invisible leak

Forty-five minutes a machine, every day — and nobody writes it down.

₹45 lakh

That’s what a 15-machine floor leaks in a year at ₹1,200 an hour. It never shows up on a report, because nothing recorded it — the stops were too short to log and too frequent to remember.

Illustrative calculation, not a customer result: 15 machines × 45 unplanned min/day × ₹1,200/machine-hour × 330 working days.

Why nothing has worked yet

You have probably tried to fix this twice already

The monitor that came with the machine

Covers one brand, and usually only the machines bought new. Your 1996 lathe and your 2019 machining centre never appear on the same screen.

Clipboards and Excel

Depends on someone writing down the stop that just cost you twenty minutes. It survives a week after the audit, then quietly dies.

An imported platform

Priced in dollars, sold in modules, and installed by nobody within a thousand kilometres. The pilot stalls at the network survey.

One screen for the whole floor — every brand, every age.

What you get

One screen for the whole floor

The whole floor, live

Every machine, running or stopped, on one screen — office, shop-floor TV, or your phone.

Why machines stop

Stops detected automatically and named by your operators in two taps. The losses rank themselves.

Product simulation

See the whole floor

Quiet when it runs, loud when it doesn’t

Healthy machines stay calm and the one that needs you becomes impossible to miss — with the full shift timeline behind every tile. You stop walking the floor to find out what is happening on it.

Know why

Every stop named, and ranked by what it costs you

Stops are detected automatically — operators add the reason in two taps on the shop-floor tablet, and the loss Pareto updates live. By Monday you know which half-hour to attack, not just that the week was bad. When a machine stays down, the alert lands on WhatsApp.

Deployment

Live in a day. We connect the machines; you just log in.

You don’t install anything. Our engineers survey the site, fit a gateway on your plant network, connect every machine, and train your team — dashboards are live in the cloud before we leave. Plants with larger fleets or strict data policies can have the full system deployed on-premise instead.

  1. 1

    Site survey

We map your machines, controllers, and network — and confirm connectivity for every unit.

  2. 2

    Install day

Gateway fitted, machines connected, cloud dashboards live on the shop floor.

  3. 3

    Operators trained

Your team runs it from day one — supervisors on the dashboard, operators on the tablet.

Product simulation

No sensors to retrofit, no rewiring, no production stopped to install anything. A compact gateway goes on your plant network and reads each machine directly — which is why a floor of mixed makes and vintages can go live in a single visit.

The old machines are the ones losing you money

They are also the ones every other system skips. ThingConnect reads each machine in its own language, so the 1996 lathe and the 2019 machining centre appear on one screen, in one format, with the same depth behind them.

Product simulation · a 1996 machine and a 2019 machine, read the same way

Not just “stopped”

Run, idle, alarm, and offline read from the machine itself — not guessed from a current clamp that only knows the power is on.

Alarms in plain language

Alarm codes captured live and explained, so a supervisor doesn’t need the manual — or the one engineer who remembers what 414 means.

Counts nobody types in

Part counts, programs, and cycle data come off the machine directly. No register at the end of the shift, nothing to dispute the next morning.

Tell us what your floor runs when you book a demo — we confirm every machine, by name, in the site survey before you commit to anything.

The math

Recover four minutes a machine a day and it has paid for itself

ThingConnect is ₹79 per machine per day — everything included, no modules, no per-user licences. That is 8.8% of what one unwatched machine leaks in a day, and less than half an OEE point.

ThingConnect · ₹4.3 lakhWhat the floor leaks · ₹45 lakh

Over a year, ThingConnect costs 9.7% of what the same floor loses to stops nobody recorded.

Start with one line

You don’t have to commit the plant to find out. Run a pilot on a single line and judge it on criteria we agree in writing before anyone installs anything.

  • 60 days, one line, up to 10 machines
  • ₹50,000 fixed — fully creditable against your subscription
  • Success criteria agreed in writing before install
  • Local engineers, same-day support visits

Hardware

Already have RS485 or Modbus devices on the floor?

Our RS485 gateways bridge legacy serial devices — meters, drives, sensors — onto Ethernet or WiFi, so they show up as Modbus TCP or MQTT anywhere on your network. Made in India, sold direct.

Questions plants ask us

Who installs ThingConnect?

Our engineers do — site survey, server deployment, machine connections, and operator training. You don't install anything yourself; that's the point of a guided deployment.

Does our production data leave the plant?

Machine data flows encrypted from the gateway in your plant to your ThingConnect cloud workspace, visible only to your accounts and exportable anytime. The gateway keeps collecting during internet outages and syncs when the connection returns. If policy requires everything inside your firewall, an on-premise enterprise deployment is available for larger fleets.

Which machines and controllers can it monitor?

CNC machines across the major controller brands found on Indian shop floors, plus PLC-driven machines such as die casting cells and presses. Tell us what your floor runs when you book a demo and we confirm connectivity machine-by-machine during the site survey.

How long until dashboards are live?

For most plants, dashboards are live on install day — the site survey beforehand is what makes that possible. From first call to a running pilot is typically a few weeks, driven mostly by your schedule.

How is it priced?

₹79 per machine per day on an annual subscription, plus a one-time deployment fee. Everything is included at that price — every dashboard and report, the gateway, and local support. There are no per-user licences, so operators, supervisors, TVs, and tablets cost nothing extra, and larger fleets step down from there.

What happens if the pilot doesn't deliver?

We agree the success criteria in writing before anyone installs anything — typically that at least 90% of stops on the pilot line get classified. The ₹50,000 pilot fee is fully creditable against your subscription if you continue. If we miss the criteria, you keep a written report of exactly what your floor is losing and you are under no obligation to go ahead.

Find out what your floor is actually losing

Thirty minutes on a call is enough to see ThingConnect running on machines like yours and get an indicative number for your plant. If it looks right, we survey your site before you commit to anything.

No obligation, and nothing to install before you decide.
