Our engineers do — site survey, server deployment, machine connections, and operator training. You don't install anything yourself; that's the point of a guided deployment.
Does our production data leave the plant?
Machine data flows encrypted from the gateway in your plant to your ThingConnect cloud workspace, visible only to your accounts and exportable anytime. The gateway keeps collecting during internet outages and syncs when the connection returns. If policy requires everything inside your firewall, an on-premise enterprise deployment is available for larger fleets.

How long until dashboards are live?

How is it priced?
A per-machine annual subscription plus a one-time deployment fee. No per-user licenses — operators, supervisors, TVs, and tablets are all included. You get an indicative price on the first 30-minute call.
