Not based there — ThingConnect is built and run out of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, about an hour away from Chennai by air. The site survey and install are still done in person, by our own engineers, the same way they are for every plant we work with. Once you're live, support runs from the cloud dashboard, not a local office.
