This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics, it will be privacy-respecting and this page will say so. The demo request form sends its contents to us by email — we use those details to respond to your enquiry and for nothing else.
The ThingConnect product
Production data collected by the ThingConnect product — machine states, counts, downtime records — is stored in your ThingConnect cloud workspace (or on your own infrastructure for on-premise enterprise deployments) and is governed by your service agreement with us, not by this website policy. It is never shared or aggregated across customers.
