Is it cloud or on-premise?
Cloud-first: dashboards are hosted by us and reachable from anywhere, while a gateway in your plant keeps collecting during internet outages and syncs when the line returns. Plants with larger fleets or contracts that prohibit off-site production data can have the full system deployed on-premise as an enterprise option.
